Overrides various restrictions in Windows 7 and Windows Vista so that you can install, run and use your old Windows XP (and older) programs again. It also fixes all BEX errors. This is a generic tool, not focused on AutoCAD. If you want to fix AutoCAD specifically, then you need the Longbow Converter tool.
